Fantastic ambience and great hospitality. The hotel staffs are very polite and courteous. F & B services team is too good particularly Ms. Karuna & Ms. Prateksha were so friendly and helpful. House Keeping is another noteworthy department. Rooms are kept so neat & tidy. Special mention is to be made of Mr. Gobin Bora's creativity. He use to make birds and animals out of bath towel which really made my children excited and happy. The hotel is really worth the money.
